I'm on the evra patch I took it off when I was suppose to I had unprotected sex the next day 2 days later I had a really light spotting it was browny red it lasted a day and a half and stopped
I was ovulating at the time has anyone else been through and could I be pregnant?

Coming of contraception can make periods and bleeding unpredictable for a little bit after. Some people bleed a little at ovulation. If you was ovulating then the bleed isn’t implantation bleeding as that happens earliest 6 days after ovulation and even that’s rare it’s usually 8-12 days after.

Basically you wouldn’t be pregnant 2 days after sex. Doesn’t mean you’re not pregnant now or won’t be but that bleed wouldn’t be because of pregnancy as the egg needs to implant before being pregnant.

The patch works by releasing hormones into your body that prevent you from ovulating and releasing an egg, so I doubt forgetting to put it on for 1 day will make you fall pregnant as technically you wouldn't have ovulated.

This is just from what I've quickly read up online. You could take a pregnancy test xxx
