I am having my contraceptive implant removed today, ready to start TTC. The implant has completely stopped my period, so when can I expect them to come back? I've tried Google but get conflicted messages 🙈 this will be my first pregnancy and I'm eager to get started!

Assuming you had regular periods before you had the implant and no underlying hormonal problems you will have a period within a month or so. The implant hormone will have worn off within a couple of days and at some point then you will ovulate and menstruate 2 weeks later.
