Hoping for BFP August/September

@Baby3herewego hello! we are so close in dates, i was 4 weeks yesterday. I’m glad you posted that about the digital too because it confused me, i did mine on Wednesday when id have been 3.5 weeks and it came back 2-3 weeks, just accepted id done my dates wrong but now it makes sense haha. Will do another midweek and then at the weekend; it’s so nice to see it in words!
how are you feeling for 4 weeks? I’m exhausted, having a nap every single day and by bed time im worn out, but then 3am on the dot every night wide awake for an hour! I’m so hungry but fancy no food, im still eating but nothing appeals to me now also so thirsty and drinking so much water through the day.
Skin is dry but still getting spots, roots are oily and ends are dry and im very bloated! Also my allergies have picked up, im sneezing loads and hay fever seems to have hit me again with vengeance!
Told mum and dad this weekend, they were so super happy which has really made it sink in, it’s their first grandchild just as our first child so it seems special they know so early. Booked our private scan for 7 weeks, i know it’s so early but just want reassurance of if we have one or two in there and to see if our dates are right 😂🙂 xx

I’m feeling really good. I was really tired all last week and had to nap every day but feel much more like myself today. I am more thirsty than usual though.

I’m not sure when we are going to tell anyone. I would like to tell the hubby’s parents as it’s his mums birthday next weekend so I think that would be really special for her.

I want to have a look into booking an early private scan too. I’ll start having a look tomorrow.

Was keeping everything crossed that my weird AF this month was promising, but I’m having a proper AF now and realise that my dates from last month were slightly off. Covid messed up my cycle and has made it longer than typical. My brain has definitely been making me think I’m pregnant all week and I really got my hopes up. I’m officially gonna be in the hoping for late September BFP now

Welcome to newcomers x Sorry for your losses. I've not had one myself (touch wood) and I can't imagine how painful it must be x Goodluck ttc with us here.

I think I'm 4DPO now. Not expecting anything for a week at least. Might treat dh to DTD tomorrow 😂

@LauraA31 I remember having a crazy thirst when I was pregnant and the whole not fancying anything to eat. I specifically remember buying granola for lunch one day at work as I just didn't want anything else 😂

@Tophy124 sorry AF arrived. It's so disappointing when you have your hopes up. Treat yourself to something nice today.

@BellaTheDarkOverlord I'm now 6dpo and that's the first week done yay. I'll probably test this weekend. No symptom spotting yet but this is when it can kick in isn't it 😂

Is it possible I'm not ovulating? My tests seemed to be getting darker but this morning I have a score of 0 on premom and the line is so much lighter. Could I have peaked during the night? Feeling very disheartened this morning

Hi would like to show my face. 42 & not even ov yet 🤣 only cd3. Going on holiday today with my / children one who is 16 so the chance of having any BD is none existent. My ov is the day we arrive home late 🤣. X

this happened to me, I think I missed a peak between tests CD9-10, which is pretty early for me! Either that or I've not ovulated this month as my tests are staying very low

@mamazac are you continuing to test? This would be very early for me aswell I think. What day are you on?

@Jade57 When are you testing ovulation? I test ok afternoon around after holding on wee for 4hrs. Maybe wait until afternoon wee. It may be too early yet x Goodluck x

@EdinburghGirl1 5DPO so not far behind you. I think I'll hold off testing and see if AF arrives. I feel I've already given up this month 😂

@BellaTheDarkOverlord I'm testing first thing in the morning but I will try later this evening to see if it makes any difference

@Jade57 yeah I've carried on testing and they're staying low CD15 now. So have DTD every other day since CD 8 hoping to catch it! stopped yesterday as no sign of them getting stronger and run out of tests so not going to buy more. Will probs just test over the weekend and hope something caught🤷🏻‍♀️

@mamazac hopefully you have just peaked early and fingers crossed you have caught it! I have a few tests left so I will continue testing and see how it goes

@Jade57 yeah no amount of ovulation tests are going to make a difference, just need to DTD as much as possible and hope!

@Jade57 I'm sure they say for testing ov to not test with first morning wee. It's better in the afternoon? But I always struggled to be consistent with it and understand the lines!!!

@Jade57 still pretty early to expect peak on cd9 unless you have very short cycles? A peak on CD9 would typically mean a 23d cycle if luteal phase is typically 14days.
I would usually peak between CD13 and occasionally CD19 with 26-32d cycles.

I was going to tell hubby today. Took another digital so he could watch it pop up and it came back not pregnant. Just taken another ( in the hope that it would be like yesterday’s) not pregnant again.

@Baby3herewego we have booked through a company called window to the womb, they have them scattered all over the UK, not sure where abouts you are but they have a few 🙂 they weren’t the cheapest but had the best reviews online we could find. Only concern is they advise a trasvaginal scan before 10 weeks, going to try for an abdominal first though and if they recommend the other may have to consider but that worries me!

Got a dye stealer today, haven’t tested with first response in 3 days and then got this…. Im so worried something bad is going to happen, feel like i need to just relax after seeing this! Xx
