Took Provera last week - ovulation?

Hiya,

i have very regular periods and took Provera last week to delay it for my wedding day. Since I came off it a week ago I’ve had the slightest bleeding for about a day and nothing else. Do you think this could impact me ovulating this month? How can I tell when I’m ovulating if I didn’t have a proper period? Me and my new husband are wanting to TTC.

You’ll likely have unusual bleeding for a month or so. There’s a chance you could get pregnant but I would wait for your first ‘proper’ period so dating your pregnancy will be easier.

Thank you! I was wondering from the lack of bleeding if I was already pregnant to be honest as we haven’t been using contraception but tests are coming back neg currently. Thank you for the advice!
