Am I miscarrying?

First month TTC #2. All pregnancy symptoms that I had the first time round so I was utterly convinced! However, AF turned up along with cramps (I don't get period pains at all usually) and my period always last max 4 days. This time though, I'm on day 6 and the bleeding, although light, has been consistent and my pregnancy symptoms have disappeared.

Thoughts?

Did you have a positive test? Period symptoms can be like pregnancy symptoms. I would not jump to miscarriage unless you had a positive test. Way to many people do this when it's just a period sadly.

Negative tests. But I haven't experienced a period like this before. Very strange!

just a heavy period then. your cycle can be affected by illness, stress and a variety of other things.

Thank you. I think I've been manically symptom spotting and have possibly stressed myself out with it all!

What were you using for contraception before TTC this month? If using the pill or something similar your body will need time to adjust so totally normal for periods to be all over for a few months. Try not to worry x

Try not to stress yourself out symptom spotting. Chances are, by the time you have any real noticeable symptoms, you'll already have missed your period and taken a test. Anything before a missed period could just be due to general hormone shifts.

Thank you all! Feel much calmer now. I was so relaxed TTC #1 and this time around I'm getting myself so worked up and stressed!
