I'm 39, overweight and we have been TTC #1 for coming up 2 years. Although not every month due to DP working away sometimes, and had a bit of a break when I changed jobs.
Starting to think it wouldn't happen.

This month I had the worst food poisoning during my 2WW and never in a million years did I expect this!

I'm CD33 - does this look promising?

Cycles have ranged from 24 to 36 days. Although usually 28 to 31 days.
I don't track ovulation but I did get EWCM this month around CD19.

We are freaking out! I'm not sure we thought about the reality of actually getting pregnant.

Is this finally it?

Looks great, congratulations x

Thanks everyone. We have been trying almost 2 years and never thought it would happen.
We are in complete shock.
DP is packing a bag to go back to Australia and I am busy searching for a scientist who can birth via teleportation. 😂

But seriously in spite of the surprise and anxiety, we are thrilled. 😀

Just have to hope the little bean sticks around and grows healthy. My age (39) and BMI (34) are risk factors, but my weight aside I am healthy and exercise a lot.

Congratulations!! I took about 20 tests until I believed the results 😂

pinkpirlie · 27/07/2022 09:52

@stupidly I've only done one. Eek should I do more?

@pinkpirlie your line is very clear, there's no need to test more... sometimes it's just hard to believe it at first glance Grin

GreenLunchBox · 27/07/2022 16:15

Definitely preggers! Congrats Grin
