Can DH do anything?

Planning to start TTC in autumn. So I’m going to start taking folic acid now, and I’m trying to get into better shape and just generally be healthy. I don’t drink much now but I’ll give up totally when we do start.

DH isn’t overweight, he’s fairly active, but he doesn’t have the best diet. He is also medicated for ADHD which I know is a problem for women TTC but not sure if it is for men. Hes asked his clinician but to be honest they’re not being very helpful or clear (with anything, not just this!)

is there anything else we - but mainly he - can be doing? There seems to be lots of advice for women but not much for men, does that mean they can just do whatever?

we don’t know that either of us has an issue but we each have separate health conditions that can have an impact on fertility, so we just want to give it the best shot we can
I’m 33 as well so whilst it’s still ok, I am conscious of time.

There’s men’s vitamins he can take too but just a general multivitamin is probably just as good. He’s only got one job (multiple times) 🤣 which he will grow to hate if he’s anything like my husband while TTC!
