Elevated heart rate post ovulation

I am a fitbit nazi and try to stay fit in general.

TTC after a MC and on the two week wait. In less than a week my average BPM has increased by 8.

Even now while sitting here typing my heart rate is at 95 and I am laying in bed!

I have had a few mild twinges and cramps now and again but afraid of another MC or chemical.

Anyone had any experience with elevated heart rate while TTC?

My heart rate always climbs after ovulation. Not quite as high as 95 though, hopefully it's a positive thing for you :)

Looked back to see if there was any ovulation patterns.. None!

Not sure to be taking it as a good or bad sign but here's hoping!

Mine climbs after ovulation too and drops when AF arrives but only from 58 (normal) up to a max of 64 so fingers crossed it’s a positive sign for you

@Iid0ntgetit sorry it's an old thread. But may I ask what the outcome was? My heart rate is very high as well so just wondering if this could possibly indicate anything at all (apart from the fact that I ovulated)

So this ended up as a pregnancy.. but unfortunately lost it at 5 weeks. Don't let that sway your mind tho as have seen a lot on here about increasing HR after ovulation resulting in pregnancy!

HR peaked at day 24 and had my positives at day 30.

@Ashmax I'm very sorry it ended up in MC. I had one myself at nearly 12w 1.5yr ago and still no luck. But symptom spotting nevertheless. Will just wait and see

Hope you manage to recover ok from MC. I thought I had it under control but as time goes by and no bfp having very mixed feelings about what has happened xx

I hear ya! Exactly how I am currently feeling.

Dying to get pregnant again but also super anxious about when it does happen.

Currently on the TWW myself.. have no real symptoms and last pregnancy I had loads at this stage.

Increased HR was one of the first things I noticed and I've gone up 3 BPM on my daily resting heart rate.
