Endometrial thickness

Hi everyone,
Tentatively posting here; half afraid of what I'm going to hear..! Long story short; I'm attending an initial appointment with IVF clinic next week after being referred due to male factor (morphology) and had a pelvic exam myself as per protocol. I received the results to pass to the clinic and of course, I am driving myself demented trying to interpret what everything means!

The main thing which is standing out is my endometrial lining. It was 4.7mm on day 7 of my cycle, with 'no triple line' detected. This seems very low, but perhaps it's related to your cycle? Can anyone offer any insight and hopefully any positive stories of conceiving with a similar lining?

Hi - I hope you've had your appointment and your mind has been put at rest! At day 7 your lining isn't at full thickness, they can increase your oestrogen to thicken it up further.

Has anyone got any advice to help improve uterine lining?

my lining is 4mm at best with the maximum dosage of oestrogen (12mg) added, along with the additional supplements of viagra / l’arginine / aspirin / pentoxifylne. Also had a hysteroscopy.

questions are

• anyone tried PRP with Dr Gorgy and received results? We met with him last week and he couldn’t give me definitive answers on what improvements in linings could be seen.
• what medications have others been on to help improve lining.
• Any other tips on top of what I am already doing - YouTube fertility yoga exercises for uterine linings / beetroot juice / supplements as noted above / accupunture / hot water bottles.

Getting pretty desperate on how to improve my lining otherwise surrogacy looks like our next option so would be grateful for any help!
