Hi everyone. I’ve just starting use clear blue advanced opks (2nd cycle ttc) and I’ve read you’re meant to use them on the urine after your longest sleep. I usually go to the loo in the night/very early morning - so am I meant to use that? Would rather not hold it in a little cup in the bathroom for a few hours until I’m awake enough! What do other people do? Xx
