BFP - but could it be wrong if I have PCOS

Desperately trying to stay calm here.

Have just tested on cd50 and have a BFP (i previsouly got megatives around cd33).
Reading the instructions on the test it says that ovarian cysts may cause a false postive. Is this the same as PCOS?
Has anyone ever had a false positive for this reason.

I can't bring myself to hope that I'm actually pregnant.

I would actually take issue with the word "rarer" in this statement as PCOS is not uncommon at all.

This I would agree with.

If you are unsure about the test I would retest tomorrow or early next week.

think you've read it wrong Atilla .. I think they are saying that ovarian cysts are rarer than PCO ... at least that's how I read it

sorry to sound thick but am ttc dc no 2 so want to be up on the lingo whats a PCOS?

PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome.
