Bfp then bfn - thoughts?

6 Years into ttc and countless ivf cycles…I actually ovulated naturally! At 8dpo I got a faint bfp but today, 9dpo there’s nothing.

was this likely a chemical or evap?

9dpo is very early I think especially to check with the paper tests. Can you get a Clearblue or First Response and try again in the morning?

I would say that first test shows more of an indent/evap, OP, I wouldn't have taken that as a positive 😕

As @Rowen32 says 9dpo is early so I wouldn’t rule out a BFP just yet. In your shoes I’d order a FRER and test in a few days time.

@Flederjo - thank you , I was worried it might be that even though it appeared straight away, these tests are a nightmare!

@PointyMcguire @Rowen32 thank you both. I’m going to wait and test Saturday or Sunday now, I’ve ordered FRER as there’s none in any shops near me!
