Not sure what's happening

So i'm apparently 4 days late on my period which would make me around 18 dpo. When I was around 14dpo I took tests and they were negative. However yesterday, i started spotting and the bleeding hasn't gotten any heavier but i'm still spotting today. It is light pink/brown in colour and I just didn't know what that meant, if I should be concerned or if I should just wait it out. Thank you

Hey! Pink/brown spotting is normal I think! Sometimes my periods start like this for maybe 2 days and then I get a normal period... to be sure, I'd take another test though

@H1994 Thank you! My periods have never been like this, I've only spotted for like 30 minutes before I get a heavy period with lots of cramps but this time it's just been 2 days of spotting.

Periods can be so unpredictable sometimes! 😂are you going to test again?

It’s probably normal but keep an eye on the symptoms.

I had an ectopic and I tested negative for a long time. I had a small amount of brown blood loss on wiping for a few weeks. Then I got the positive result alongside pain which gradually worsened.

I’m only sharing this because the earlier you identify an ectopic the better. I’m sure this isn’t the case with you xx
