Am I off the mark ?

I'm TTC our second using Flo app.
Here is my June/July data.

I don't have an idea when my exact ovulation occurs so DTD when possible, every other day if we can!

But feel like I'm off the mark and the reason we haven't con again this cycle is not DTD enough!

Currently on day 8 of current cycle...thinking this time round...DTD every bloody day 😁🤦🏻‍♀️

My cycles are 24, regular.

Hey girl, I'd recommend getting some OPK's to track your ovulation for sure :)

It might just be it wasn't your month and maybe this month is! start tracking with OPK's from the day after your period, well that's what I'm doing this month ! Currently still waiting for my peak, DTD a little but due to ovulate Saturday according to my app x

Anyone who has conceived recently give any insight into how much DTD days? 😊

I've said this before on here, DD took 16 months of regular sex, the month we concieved her we had only had sex 4 days before ovulation because I hasn't been well. I honestly think you can do all the planning etc but it's just luck. Not helpful at all, I know the awful feeling of how long the month was and then to have a period.

I think you will have ovulated around the 1st July (day 12) so this month your day 12 is 25th July. OPKs didn’t work for me the best thing to do is DTD every other day as you already are but maybe do it an extra time around your ovulation date. Good luck 😉

Hi, I just conceived, I have a private scan today to confirm how far along I am. I’m getting the scan because I previously had an ectopic so I’m really anxious.

We will have conceived either cycle 2 or 3.

I used flo and ovulation strips to verify ovulation. I used the digital clear blue tests month one then used the cheaper strips on month two. We DTD every day for the four days before ovulation and one day after. We missed maybe one day both months.

DTD maybe too early...and ovulation Day 12

Yep, I was using OPKs in April, never got higher than a 0.3 (on the evening of CD11) so assumed I hadn't ovulated BUT AF rocked up on CD24, and this month (that I'm using both OPKs and temping) showed that, despite only seeing a moderate rise in LH around CD12, my temps went up and so I probably would have got my peak sometime in the early hours of that morning. Unfortunately AF turned up again on CD24 so I reckon the same happened in April. BUT the frustrating this is, in April, as it was the Easter holidays we DTD on 5 of the 7 days leading up to it (including Ov day and the two days before). So we really couldn't have tried any harder. Whereas in March, when I had my very brief surprise pregnancy, it was the result of not taking the pill properly for a couple of weeks. No idea on DTD timings. It really is completely random. If you DTD in the days running up to ov you should cover yourself but it's never guaranteed....

What if I ovulate on Day 12 and I DTD everyday since day 9 and then up to Day 14??
Does it matter if it's not five days before and after?

Well, I suppose the days following ov can’t harm, as it covers you if it’s a bit later than expected, but the days in the run up are the important ones…
