Short Luteal Phase

Does anyone have any experience or advice with this? I'm ovulating around day 18/19. A week later I've experienced positive pregnancy tests but then AF comes. Its like my body doesn't have enough time to let implantation happen. I've done a bit of research but just wondering if anyone has any experience with it.

Have you tried supplementing with vitamin B vitamins?

You could bring ovulation forward a bit with soy isoflavones. That's what I did.

Sometimes a short luteal phase is linked to low progesterone, so it might be worth looking into that too.

If you are getting a positive test it must have implanted in order for the HcG to be released. It's likely to do with embryo development. They normally associate a short LP with not enough time to implant but in your case if you have had positive tests you are implanting. X
