Pregnacare pre conception

Hi all
long time watcher haven’t posted before 😊 been off the pill and casually TTC for around a year with no luck. Anyone used the pregnacare his and hers before? We’ve just started them at the start of my cycle and I’m usually very regular 5 day periods but I’m on day 8 heavy period now with terrible cramps - has anyone experienced similar?

I've heard very good things about the pregnacare his and hers however!!

I've used it before and my periods were normal

We used the his and hers for about 3 months and conceived first time trying. We thought we could use some help as I’m 37 and husband is 36. It didn’t really affect my periods, I’m sorry to hear you’re having a bad one - they can be awful.
