Very confused(not hard)

Hello,
So, had sex 26th June. Was due period on 11th July. Came on 4 days early, much lighter(I use a moon cup so know how much blood I usually lose). 4 days later(yesterday) had a random couple of hours of bleeding. Have felt off with an upset tummy. Freind suggested I did a test, well 5 tests later last night and this morning, all positive. Can this be real?

It sounds like you’re pregnant - is that a good thing or not what you were hoping for? I don’t quite get which bit you’re confused about, you had sex at your most fertile time and some bleeding early in pregnancy is really common (probably implantation bleeding early on).

I'm confused because it was like a period, even though less blood, 4 days early, I'm just so shocked. I'm 39 and overweight, wasn't even getting positive opk's. My last pregnancy was 10 years ago through ivf, I've never experienced this 🙈
I don't even know what to do, I'm thrilled 😁

Congratulations in that case! I had quite a lot of implantation bleeding with my first and none with my second. Make a note of your last proper period, find out locally how to book in with a Midwife, start now on the folic acid and vitamin D, check the annoying list of foods to avoid on the NHS website and remember most women don’t know they’re pregnant for a few weeks so don’t do any of the above in those early days! I hope all goes smoothly for you :)

I unfortunately don't think it's going to stick around as I'm bleeding a lot more, really crampy, no clots as yet. I have called the gp.
