Vague achey crampy menstrual type feelings on cd 9 could it be ovulation or what

I am ttc my 2nd dc and am currently on cd 9 of a 33 day cycle.

I am gettting vague achey menstrual type feelings, and clear stretchy type mucus, what could this be surely it can't be ovulation yet.

sounds a bit like it to me!
