Supplements for conception

I am curious to find out if anyone has tried/had recommended any supplements that they should take ahead of trying to conceive? My DH and I have decided that we're going to try for baby no.2 at the start of the new year. Our first was conceived super easily and quickly the 2nd month after having my coil out but he will be 4 by the time we try again, my husband 41 and I'll be nearly 31yrs old. So, I'm a little anxious that it may not be as simple as last time.
I know at least a few months before I should start folic acid but is there anything I or my husband can take to help boost our fertility??
My periods have become slightly irregular but I believe that is down to my coil and I'm having it removed next week (we'll use barriers to avoid pregnancy before we're ready) and I plan to start on a healthier eating and exercise lifestyle to be in the best health I can before trying. Any advice you can offer or additional tips would be great!

If you need to lose weight start with that.Eat a healthy diet with no junk, limit alcohol, refined carbs ,processed food..Do you smoke or vape if so stop now?Plenty of fun exercise enjoy your life.Good luck.I don’t believe if you are fit and healthy and you conceived easily last time you need more than that.
