Low temps post ovulation

Hello, has anyone experienced consistent low temps post ovulation? I use the Ava bracelet and my temps this month since projected ovulation have remained under 37. I’ve had a slight increase for the first time today on projected 5 dpo. Last month my temps po were all above 37 and mostly increases. This is my second month taking provera pills to regulate my period if anyone also has experience with that!

Hey! I haven’t used the Ava bracelet, but use the natural cycles thermometer. If you try a thermometer too you can compare how accurate Ava is. Taking temps when you wake up before getting up/drinking gives the most accurate reading.
Sorry not familiar with Provera pills, but if you think you’re jot ovulating you could discuss with your doctor if there could be any link.
