Bleeding one week early

Had sore boobs / pmt for over a week which seem abit early for me, last night I’ve gone to the toilet and I’ve got blood as I wipe but it isn’t like a normal period yet I’ve got stomach cramps I can post below the pictures of anyone can help me out ? Please my minds doing 1000 ! I’ve also done a p test and it’s negative, I have a few white blood cells in my urine too and abit of a raised temp doctors haven’t done much for me but check my urine and give me antibiotics

Sounds and looks like implantation bleeding, if it's the week before you're due. Wait until your period is actually due then do another test :) I had bad cramps during the first weeks.
