PMS symptoms at 5DPO. Am I out?

Hi All,

So I'm around 5DPO and I've been having PMS symptoms (my boobs hurt mainly) already. Does that just mean that there's no chance I'm going to be pregnant this month and the PMS hormones have started before AF? I do usually get PMS symptoms before AF but I'm not sure I get them at 5DPO

5 dpo is too early for pregnancy symptoms. The same hormones that cause PMS cause pregnancy symptoms too so it’s impossible to say. The joys of the two week wait!

I just feel like it would be PMS related as you say, it's too early for pregnancy symptoms so any symptoms have to be PMS related right?

Any symptoms around now could be due to rising progesterone. Definitley doesn't mean you are out.

how did you get on? BFP or AF?

@Blessedmummytobe AF is due on Wednesday so we'll see then. I've had a few days of on and off cramping and sore boobs. But I'll still put that down to PMS. Defo think I'm out this month x
