Please help explain my bbt chart

First time charting bbt alongside opks but fertility friend is saying I ovulated before my peak opk and premom is saying I ovulated the day after my peak opk I'm so confused

Fertility friend has only given you dotted crosshair lines which means it has taken into account the conflicting info (temp rise Vs positive opk) but it goes more off temp, as far as I know. It it were more sure then you'd get solid red lines.

Do you temp strictly upon waking, same time each morning, leaving the thermometer in long enough (one thermometer I had beeped to say it was done, but I noticed if I left it in my mouth, the temp.would rise more, meaning it was giving me false temps!)

Hiya yes I do temp as soon as I wake up. The thermometer is next to my bed so I only move my arm to get it I have the premom thermometer which beeps twice when it's done normally after 90 seconds x
