TTC and covid

So the month my husband and I decided we were going to start TTC for baby number 2 I end up testing positive for covid! How rude! Thankfully it just feels like any other cold but I feel like We should probably wait or is there no harm in trying?? Not guaranteed to be lucky first time round anyway it’s just very frustrating! Does covid really have much Impact in ovulation/period and how long did it take to settle? I know everyone will be different I’m just curious 😊

Apparently it has more of an affect on sperm! Thats what I learned through a bunch of different posts. Hope this helps

I had Covid last month and ovulation/period came as expected - still TTC but didn't effect anything as far as I can tell. Good luck x

Thank you for your reply! That’s reassuring. I’ve heard some people say having covid (like any other illness) delayed their period slightly but obviously not the same for everyone. Best of luck to you too

Honestly the virus is such a mystery I would just try to ignore it. Hope you're better and things are going well!
