PdG test strips?

First cycle TTC, using easy @ home and Premom app. My calendar says to test PdG later this week, and I wondered if anyone else has done this, and if so, where you bought your tests from?

I’ve googled and can see this is yet another stick to pee on, but can only find Proov ones which are £30!

We’re using our first few cycles as a test and learn, so I’m keen to test as much as possible to get an understanding (especially as these help indicate if I’ve ovulated), but these PdG tests seem pretty elusive!

I had to Google those, never heard of them in all the months and months I gathered info from this board!

To confirm ovulation you can also just track your BBT! Super easy and you can get an appropriate thermometer for around a tenner off Amazon.

I bought the Proov ones this month as my luteal phase is a little short. The tests seem good but I’m not a fan of their app - seems very hit and miss reading them (compared to what I can see) and you can’t delete the test once it’s submitted. I haven’t really found anything out that tracking BBT tells me.

Hi @Flederjo - glad it’s not just me who was 🤔!! I tried searching on here as well but nothing was answering my question!

@RW01 thanks so much for your reply. I am doing BBT daily, and from my next cycle I think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and set an alarm to do it at 6am - during this cycle im doing it as I wake, but due to work this varies! Means I’m not 100% sure how accurate it is?!

Who knew conceiving was so much more than a quickie 😁
