Help!!! Need some advice

I came off the pill as I want to try a more natural method, and I was getting a lot of varicose veins etc.

i had unprotected sex on Friday afternoon (had done an opk which was negative) then on Sunday afternoon I done one and it was positive, now I’m panicking that I may of got pregnant, what’s the chances? I’ve been off the pill around 3 weeks now.

im using an app but I’m worried this method is going to end in pregnancy 🤦🏽‍♀️

Sperm can live for up to 5 days and once you get a positive ovulation test it takes between 24/48 hours for your egg to be released therefore there is definitely a chance you could have conceived.

If you don't want to use hormonal contraception then he needs to wear a condom!

You are probably still in the window for the morning after pill if you go today

@Louise34mum Do you think it’s so possible so soon after coming off the pill as I’ve only had a withdrawal bleed not even a regular period as yet 🤷‍♀️ X

I came off the pill last month after being on it for over 5 years and although I ovulated a couple of days late last month I still had a positive OPK

@Louise34mum I’ve got to go to the chemist anyway today so I’ll ask, I’m two minds though as we are debating another baby but my little boy is only 22 months so 🤷‍♀️ X

Mine are two years apart and I find its great!

update I went to chemist and apparently they can’t offer any morning after pill after ovulation 🤷‍♀️

just have to see what happens then I guess

They should have told you that getting a copper coil fitted prevents conception, even after ovulation. What app are you using? None I know use OPKs to plan when you can safely have sex.
