Seriously, how do you test ovulation and manage to stay hydrated?
I normally drink around 3l water a day (between water and hot drinks), and I’m using the easy @ home OPKs which say to test between 11:00-20:00, so not first wee of the day.
I’m in my fertile window so have moved to testing twice a day in order to ‘catch the egg’, but my evening tests are much lighter, which I’m assuming is due to my liquid intake?!
I’ve reduced it to under 2l to see if it helps get a stronger reading and holding my pee, but no such luck!
Appreciate it may be down to me not ovulating yet 😁 but photos of progression on others shows the line getting progressively darker until they hit peak - mine haven’t got above 0.23, and are normally 0.11, if not unreadable 🤦🏻♀️
Oh to be back in those naive days of just have sex between periods! Don’t get me started on tracking temperature - science is not my subject 😂
