Hi all

So, probably a bit of a silly one but I’m freaking out!

I finished af 2 weeks ago and I started spotting yesterday (brown with egg white), firstly freaked out because obviously it’s too soon for af again and then because it was too early to be implanting…

I’ve heard it’s normal to spot around ovulation but I’ve never had this happen before, is it normal? Am I freaking out for absolutely no reason at all?

We have been trying for nearly 18 months so anything new that I’ve never had before is making me question a lot and worry too much😬

Someone please just tell me I’m being an idiot and that I don’t need to freak out😂

If you’ve even got this far I’m so sorry for my ramble🙄😂x

Without knowing what CD and DPO today is, it's hard to answer your question!

Well I’m now cd19 and apparently 4dpo

4dpo would be a bit early for implantation, but how do you track ovulation? OPKs or BBT? If you don't track, maybe you ovulated earlier and this is indeed implantation bleeding.

Or you are ovulating now and have longish cycles? (Possible if you don't track)

So I usually test with opks, I haven’t this month as the stress got a bit too much for me to deal with… I usually peak anywhere from cd15-cd18 which is making me lean more towards it being implantation as timing would be round about right for the time although I know it could happen earlier than this as our bodies are so unpredictable!

I’m just not sure what to make of it as it’s thrown me a bit with it never happening before😬
