So I had my little girl in December and have be ebf since birth. Got my period back pretty much straight away so that's...fun😂
Just wondering what contraception people are on? Obvs everyone's different just looking at different options. I was gonna attempt the coil but just haven't got round to looking into it yet. Is it possible for hormone contraception to affect breastfeeding etc? Pill, patch n what not.
I'm beginning to introduce food but Ofc boob is still her main source of food atm.
