is this a pregnancy sign?

hi ladies, just curious to know if this could be a pregnancy symptom or am i just being ridiculous trying to spot every single thing okay so i'm ttc, i’m 13 dpo and i keep smelling Prosecco for no reason, last night i was cuddling with my bf and i said to him ewww you smell like Prosecco wtf, then today in my dads car i kept smelling it and then when i layed in bed earlier i got a couple of whiffs of it. so this is 3 different locations i've smelt it now, it's making me feel really sick when i smell it. I know a test will only tell me so but i want to wait 2 more days..... is this a thing or?

Hi, heightened sense of smell can be an early pregnancy symptom, it's definitely one I experienced. Do you have any other symptoms?

don't seem to have any other symptoms tbh! Although some white discharge not sure what this could mean? & also woke up from a test from my friend who said she had a dream I was pregnant ahhh!! hopefully a sign x
