We’ve decided to TTC and I’ve calculated my fertile days but do you have tips on getting pregnant please other than the obvious ‘have sex’ 😂?

First 6 months of trying, just relax and enjoy being without children, it'll change soon, so just enjoy these months.
Don't spend time fretting, sone months you don't release an egg, sone you do, sometimes conditions aren't right so don't get fixated on 'why am I not pregnant yet'
Good luck!

Took almost a year here. 35 yo.
I had to stop drinking completely (none of the '1-2 drinks at night'), stopped running, cq10 extra strength 300mg supplements, pineapple core. Sex every other day or every day, pelvic tilted after dtd.

I eat v low carb diet and take all the recommended supplements.

I don't know which of the above helped, if any, but that was the month I did a few things differently and fell pregnant.
I also have PCOS btw. Good luck. Daffodil

Just don't think about it as TTC, just stop using protection and have as much sex as possible. All this tracking and stuff is fair enough of you get to 8/9 months and it's not happened, but think before that it might just wind you up and make it more stressful and less likely to happen. Good luck!

Depends on your age OP. My advice for a 25 year old would be very different for a 35 year old.

@Hippocamp if you've calculated your fertile days that implies you're planning to have sex more frequently around those days......make sure you've actually calculated it correctly!!

Just because someone has a regular 28 day cycle doesn't necessarily mean that they will ovulate on CD14, for example.

Apps are not reliable alone - if you truly want to know when you ovulate you have to use OPKs and/or temping.

Or just have sex every 2 days throughout the whole month!
