Implantation bleeding

Hi everyone.

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks pregnant in March and am trying to conceive again.

Yesterday, after being two days late for my period, I took a test (frer) and a line, although faint, came up immediately. I’ve taken a lot of tests in my time and I knew instantly it looked positive. I took two more - the same, faint but there, I thought perhaps my hcg was low. For context, it took me nearly a week past my period due date to get a strong positive with my second baby.

This morning I woke up and started bleeding almost immediately, I had implantation bleeding with my first baby on the date my period was due, but this just feels off. I haven’t bled much yet but that’s normal for my first day or period.

I really don’t understand how this could’ve happened? If this wasn’t me, I’d be thinking the lines were evaporation or imagined, but they’re not. Could it be implantation bleeding?

I think implantation bleeding would generally happen sooner after ovulation, but I know nothing about the length of your luteal phase or how many do you are.
Sounds like it could be a chemical?

I would’ve thought the same if I hadn’t had it with my first baby. Faint line then started bleeding, had a few glasses of wine and woke up the next morning and no more bleeding. Now a 4 year old. Weird.

Oh, so sorry, I totally missed that in your above post! I guess just see how the bleeding goes and do another test in a few days if it stops?

I think probably a very early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy. Thanks for taking the time to reply ♥️

Definitely sounds like CP but hopefully it turns out like your first Flowers

I’m glad it’s not just me.

I took 2 tests on Friday as I was 2 days late and they both had very faint lines, so I was waiting until tomorrow to take another test and then started bleeding lightly this afternoon.
However it’s very pink and brown rather than red like normal. (Sorry if tmi) and finding that tonight im experiencing much more painful cramps than normal.

Hi @Dino7 yes, my cramps have been far more intense too. I’m sorry, I hope this cycle is your lucky one ♥️
