(Fitbit) Skin temperature detecting ovalution

Hi all fitbit users!

After reading this pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34100763/ I wonder if you noticed any changes in skin temperature during the menstrual cycle.

I have noticed that my skin temperature increases during ovulation and decreases during menstruation.

What are your thoughts?

here is my picture from the last 30 days (in swedish). I ovulated on May 20 and my period starter on July 4. positive ipk yesterday

My skin temperature doesn't change, but my heart rate increases by about 5 beats per minute post ovulation until the day my period starts. I've had my fitbit since Christmas and it has consistently done this every month.

My temperature doesn’t change but heart rate Is brilliant for tracking and mine is always the same each month.

my RHR peaks just before my period, then drops right down, slow rises for 5 days to ovulation, then up again until period.

example attached - think I ovulated weds / Thursday.

I have also noticed changes in rhr but think it varies a lot. Maybe skin temperature and rhr together makes it easier to track ovalution
