Hi, I’m on my 9th / 10th cycle TTC and trying to do everything to help with getting pregnant. This is my 1st month tracking my BBT. Anyone have a view on how my chart is looking? Did a test 10dpo and it was BFN so not feeling positive this month. If anyone has a chart where you were BFP for me to see as a comparison that would be appreciated :)

Hey @Jod30 , I think your chart looks great! You've got several temps that were taken earlier/later than your normal time, but the chart looks good anyway. You can clearly see the biphasic nature of it, where the temps increased after (a clear) ovulation date. Ties it with your opk too!

I'll attach the chart from when I got pregnant with this squirmy little baby, currently 33 weeks and headbutting me in the bladder. As you can see I didn't get a bfp until 12dpo so don't lose hope!

Wasn't my best looking chart due to illness/fever in the follicular phase and I never got my solid red crosshairs. I found temping so interesting!

@Regenbogen22 thank you for sharing your chart. Your temp looks to increase from 12dpo so that’s interesting to see! AF will be due within the next couple days so I’ll keep temping to see what happens and I’ll look forward to comparing with my next cycle if I’m out this month. It’s very hard to take my temperature at the same time each day due to my partner’s early work shifts so it’s between 5.30-8am. Hopefully that’s not making it too wildly different. I’ve made sure I take it as soon as I wake up though so I don’t fall back to sleep and take it after another small nap.

Congrats to you and not long to go now!

I think it should be ok even if you can't guarantee the exact time each morning. I've started temping again this month and just making sure I shove the thermometer in my gob the first time I wake up in the morning, even if it's before my alarm. I think it's most important you get the 3 hours solid sleep beforehand if possible (which luckily I do most nights, as my 3 and 6 year old mostly sleep through). Interestingly, I've learnt that most mornings I first wake up between 5 and 5.30am!

My chart still looks a bit rocky (FF tells me off for this) but I think as long as you can identify the post ov temp shift it's ok.

Obviously with mine this month I'm hoping to see my temp shift in the next couple of days...My '+' OPK was actually only 0.78 according to Pre-Mom, so I'm crossing fingers I just missed my peak rather than it being a failed attempt 🤞🤞

Thanks @curliegirlie I’ve seen you commented on another thread about my faint line on a FRER test this afternoon so I’ll reply on here. The highest opk I got this month was 0.66 but I think I stopped testing too early so my apps may not be showing my accurate ovulation date. Keep thinking positive although from experience it’s easier said than done :)
