Hi all.
Just wondered peoples thoughts on exercising during the two week wait?
I've always weight trained and do a few spin classes a week (I have reduced this but still have to do some because I'm the instructor).
I have always had intermittent periods due to over exercising and under eating but have worked hard to regulate them and have put on a good stone in weight.
What is the general consensus with regards to training during this time?
(I'm 42, being trying for over a year, already have two older children)
