Quick question about vitamin supplements for ttc

Morning girls, hope someone's out there..?

I'm sure I read on one of the ttc threads that Starflower Oil could be good for boosting ovulation (isn't it given to cows or something!!!?)

Can anyone help?

Hi Wifeof. Yes, I've heard you should take starflower oil in the first half of each cycle - stop once you ovulate.
