Hi ladies, taken a test this morning and thought I could see something immediately, but just woken eyes weren't being kind to me haha. After 10 minutes I've looked again and there is a definite line, just struggling to see if it would be an evap line? Surely you can't get those after 10 minutes..

The line does look pink to me and the edges are very pink. Only took it out as was struggling to get a decent picture!

Please help! X

I see something very faint, what DPO are you?

JiggleJiggleFold · 10/06/2022 07:15

Looks promising 🤞

Looks positive to me! 😀

WutheringMights · 10/06/2022 10:57

I'd say that's an early positive. Try to hold off testing again until Sunday morning but if you're impatient (like me), test again in the morning. Good luck!

mamazac · 10/06/2022 13:16

Okay so because I'm crazy, I took another test😂 same thing happened, very very very faint line came up again after about 20 mins or so.. still has a pink tint. I will hold off now for as long as I can but two in a row must be a good sign surely? Same test but different packet from a different shop s

It depends…how long are you leaving it? Anything beyond what the instructions say is too long to be trusted

Assistanttotheregionalmanager · 11/06/2022 17:02

Positive

mamazac · 11/06/2022 17:03

@TolkiensFallow thanks for the reply!

all of my results have showed within the first 5 minutes but have gotten darker over time. I have been able to see the lines almost instantly!

potteringinmysocks · 11/06/2022 17:10

How long have you been TTC OP? I had (have) infertility and when TTC I was a serial tester. Like I spent a LOT of money every month testing! I was addicted! Unfortunately I had many many tests like these , got my hopes up but then AF arrived. I hope they are positive but if you're testing before AF is due, I can only advise don't waste your money. Wait until a few days after. Obviously I wouldn't have listened to my own advice but sometimes we need a reality check (I'm not being mean, I wish someone had done it to me as people seemed to think the only thing to do for someone TTC is to be endlessly upbeat... which actually makes it harder when it doesn't work out).

TolkiensFallow · 11/06/2022 17:10

If you can see the lines instantly then it’s positive!

mamazac · 11/06/2022 17:20

@potteringinmysocks I know I'm just on annual leave at the moment so have nothing better to do😂 I'm not usually this neurotic!
