i am losing my mind this cycle, it makes no sense!
just a quick background to help with this. I have PCOS and my cycles range from 28-32 days usually . Im not 100% sure I ovulate each month.
below is my basal body temp. It didn’t confirm ovulation as I didn’t temp for a couple of days. I had a solid smiley cd13 and I think I ovulated on cd16 as that’s why I actually felt my body ovulating. I had cramps, swollen boobs, egg white cm for two days. i also ovulated 5 days after my solid smiley in my previous cycle.
On cd22 which I predict as 5dpo I went to the toilet and I had brown discharge in my knickers. It was brown and a tinge of light pink when I wiped. I used a tampon but when I took it out later it just had brown discharge on it, the same the next day. i put that as spotting in my app as I wouldnt class that as a period.
im now on cd30 and no AF and I got a BFN. My chart is all over the place so I have no idea what to think. Also my cervix is still high and soft. I have slight cramping on and off but I’m not sure if that’s in my head as I’m expecting AF?!
any advice would be amazing please, feel so lost with all of this 🥺🥺 xx
