Has anyone ever had a LIS for anal fissures while trying to conceive or alternatively in very early pregnancy? It's done under GA.
I'm doing research now and it says best the procedure is done after you done having kids as birth can cause another anal fissure and most likely need a C-section.
I've messaged all these questions to the surgeons secretary.
Any feedback, advice, suggestions, personal accounts would be very much appreciated.
