How soon after positive ovulation test do you get your temp increase?

Could be a couple of days. Everyone is slightly different.

This month it was 2 days for me

Sorry no! Checked the app again and confirmed ovulation was 2 days after positive opk. Temp rise was 3 days after confirmed ovulation. I find that a bit confusing tbh

@sunja Thank you. How did you confirm ovulation?

@sunja Thank you. How did you confirm ovulation?

I use natural cycles (which I highly recommend). I used an opk on the recommended days and then input my temperature into the app daily. The app then works it all out

@sunja you confirm ovulation by having three temps in a row that are higher than the previous six.

Personally i'd recommend fertility friend for tracking, I find it a lot more accurate than natural cycles, which I feel has algorithms that are geared more towards avoiding conception.

Thanks for this. So do you mean higher starting from the day after ovulation? I thought the temp had to be 36.5 minimum?
