Early ovulation concerns

Hi ladies,

New to this TTC, this is our second/third month. I came off the progesterone only pill around 7 weeks ago now and had a fairly regular first period, with a 28 day cycle and a positive smiley face on cycle day 13. I took cycle day 14 as ovulation day which was confirmed with crippling left ovary pain.

However my period just gone I had a 27 day cycle. Didn't think too much of it however I have had my smiley face today on an ovulation test and I'm only cycle day 10, so Iwill ovulate tomorrow on cycle day 11! Doesn't that seem rather early, should I be concerned?

Nah, don't be worried. It can take a few months for your cycles to settle into their natural pattern.

It's also possible to have more than 1 gear up for ovulation.
