Okay, so I’m spotting. Af will probably arrive later today or tomorrow…
we did everything right this month, I’m feeling so disheartened ☹️ Let’s get together and find the positive aspects of AF

I’ll start!
I’m on a fitness journey, this gives me another month of building a strong body for carrying my future child!
I really want to do a nice pregnancy shoot, this gives me another month of saving for that perfect photographer!
I’m an avid crocheter, this gives me another month of preparing even more baby stuff. I’ve choosen this summer’s project, a beautiful blanket, picture included (not my picture) that I hope to complete during the summer.

Now it’s your turn! What’s your positive aspects of AF?

Great positive way of looking at it 😁 I’m still waiting on my first proper AF since coming off my pill so it will be a positive for me when it arrives, potentially due at the weekend and I have lots of spotting so we’ll see xx

Yes to the fitness aspect. Also: dinner without thinking what to order (eg sushi and the like), drinks, not feeling sick :)

Just come on too and love this idea!

First positive is that after only having PCOS and only 3 cycles in a year previously, my medication is working and it's the second cycle I have ovulated and then had a period when I should!

Second positive is it gives me a month to feel healthier again as been majorly lacking on veg recently!

Third positive is I'm away on holiday, near a few artisan cheese shops so I can eat as much unpasteurised cheese as I please!

Great positive aspects! We need to keep focusing on the small things in life!

You're so right, it's so easy for it to all become so all consuming :(

It's consuming me already and I'm just at the beginning, was hoping I wouldn't get like this x

@Stephanie226 honestly I totally get it I was brooding away for about 18m before I came off contraception! It's sooo frustrating when you're not even really having a cycle yet and can't even really track anything, so don't be too hard on yourself for feeling that way! I'm keeping everything crossed for a quick return to normal cycles for you!
