Congrats @Dasher789! What incredible timing!

@DesertSnow I’d carry on as normal with exercise - you’ll know if it’s too much. My TWW fell just before a half marathon I’d been training for - ended up pulling out partway through the race. I’d got a BFP 3 days prior and I felt like I was running through treacle so even if I hadn’t got the BFP I’d have known something was different!

@lj2022 i have also ditched the ovulations tests this month. It’s cycle 6 for us and I’m just done with getting obsessed over ovulation. It won’t make any difference to when we DTD so just hoping for the best.

I plan to test 1 July if AF hasn’t arrived xx

@OCM19 honestly I feel like a different woman this month. I'm on cycle 7 and just thought I know when I ovulate so why obsess every month. Got a nice busy month this month which has helped me relax and not think about it and have acupuncture booked too so 🤞 for us both this month. Focusing on being healthy and hoping for the best. My friend has just announced her pregnancy and it happened second cycle of her not tracking after 5 cycles of tracking so I'm praying for the same miracle

@lj2022 I will keep my fingers crossed for us both. Just out of interest, when in the cycle is the the best time to have acupuncture? Before ovulation?

like you, I feel as though I have a rough idea of when I ovulate, so why stress over it! My brother announced him and his partner are expecting the day my AF arrived so Im hoping it may be our turn soon!

@OCM19 it's so hard when everyone around you is also getting pregnant even when you're happy for them. My SIL and friend have both recently announced so like you hoping that it happens soon and can all enjoy the experience together

With acupuncture I think it depends if you're trying to treat anything I have a short literal phase so for me she explained it's better to do this within the LP however most places recommend weekly however the woman I have found explained that yes weekly is ideal but not usually affordable for everyone and says that it will still benefit me and will also prescribe me Chinese medicinal herbs to support the acupuncture and hormones. There are many fertility acupuncturists so may be worth while finding one in your area to speak to if it interests you

I know this is TMI, but the last few cycles of noticed loose bowels around ovulation, and I have them again today so wondering if that’s a sign 😂 I can’t really tell that my CM changes.

hows are people who are in their TWW doing? X

@OCM19 I get this too I honestly didn't realise that was a thing and then I get constipated after ovulation. I don't have much CM to notice changed either so planning to use a fertility lubricant this month. When is your TWW this cycle roughly I think mines begins next week

@lj2022 oh interesting, me too! Definitely didn’t know this was a thing! 😂

I think I will ovulate tomorrow or Sunday so I guess my TWW will begin this weekend. We’re DTD every other day during my fertile window so although my app says DTD today as I’m peak fertility, we will will just go with the flow. I am still thinking about it a lot but hoping to lack of testing will help.

@OCM19 I deleted all my apps so I only roughly know and DTD has been more fun this month than in months. Got everything crossed for your TWW

@OCM19 I have the same, too. It’s definitely a thing that your cycle can affect bowel movements.

After a long 6 months of waiting to start TTC this year, I finally had my coil removed today 😁 period is due next week and then we are all set for our first cycle TTC. I'm actually way more nervous than I thought I'd be now the time is here (this will be our first)

We've decided to immediately try again following the chemical without waiting for AF so I started OPKs a few days ago. They've started getting darker today CD11 (counting from day 1 of CP bleed), which is usual for me so expecting peak tomorrow and ovulation Sunday if I follow my usual pattern. Annoyingly I'm away with a friend from tomorrow until Monday evening so no opportunity to DTD once I get my peak 🙄 we DTD last night and will see if DH is up for tonight too and have to hope that covers it!

Thanks @Dreamingof3 it's been hard. I have found it more difficult this time than with my previous losses, even though this one happened earlier. Just throwing myself back into TTC as I know a healthy pregnancy is the only thing that will properly help me move past it.

I am still bleeding but after a good chat with dp we've decided to try again as soon as I ovulate, I'm on cd3 at the moment and usually ovulate late around cd18, so I'm expecting due to the miscarriage it being late, hoping not too out of sync 😟 going to throw myself into our house renovation over the next few weeks as time goes so slowly when trying to conceive!

I'm of course worried.. worried it will take a long time and worried for another loss, but it's one step at a time and you have to be in it to win it, without trying we would never even have a chance of a successful pregnancy so going to try so hard to remain positive.

I'm so sorry you have also gone through a miscarriage, it is so heartbreaking isn't it? I will be joining you at going straight back to ttc before a period comes if I ovulate this cycle. How are you feeling?

My partner is going away when I think I will ovulate which is so typical! 😵‍💫

@Summerbreeze111 Unfortunately it was my 3rd MC. I had 1 between DD1 and DD2, one last summer and now this one so I'm now even more anxious that there's something more behind it given I've had more MC than successful pregnancies. Hopefully next time will be ok. My cycle has bounced straight back by the look of my OPKs getting darker today so due to ovulate this weekend, downside is I'm away with a friend from tomorrow so that's not helpful! Going to DTD tonight and hope for the best!

15DPO. Faintest of faint lines on a wondfo. I'll test again this afternoon, that's when I was getting my lines the last two days.

No sign of AF - no cramps. I feel a bit wet down there and keep thinking it's started, but nope. Cm going between creamy and wet, and sometimes a little sticky.
Boobs are killing this morning. Last night I had burning on the sides.

If AF doesn't show over the weekend, I'm going in for bloods on Monday or Tuesday, whenever I can get in

Hi all 👋 can I join please? Will be starting TTC #1 in a few weeks after AF.
Its all new to me but plan so far is to buy some OPK to check if I ovulate when my app says I do and I’m already taking vitamin d and folic acid.

How often does everyone DTD around ovulation? And how many dpo is a good time to start testing or is it best to wait until AF is due?

@Tropicana1@Tropicana1bout 1.5 years but to start with we weren't monitoring anything. For a year we have been tracking my cycles to make sure we catch ovulation etc. I used the glow app and then for about 6 months iv also been using the clear blue advanced machine to try and get timing right.
