@alwaysseeingstars so if I'm being totally honest with everyone I did an easy@home this morning at 9dpo. Bfn and didn't torture myself by looking at it in different lights hoping for a line so binned it and headed to work. I'm impressed with myself for doing this! Had 2 Proseccos at the bbq, embarrassed 2 of my kids and am back home 🙈

@MrsCristiano oh bless you! Sorry about the BFN but there's still plenty of time. Well done on the Prosecco and embarrassing the kids though 😆 xx

@alwaysseeingstars my DS was wearing a hair band taped together with duck tape like wtf !! Easy@home never catch it early for me (a lie I'm telling myself😂) I got an off the books payment today totally tempted to spend it on tests

I was out on a date night with my dad tonight 😂 went to the theatre! Very rare night out for me haha

@MamaSJ15 I have a gut feeling that's says I'm not pregnant. AF due next Friday will test Monday on an early test. I'm so tempted to give up and book a girls holiday next year. I think I need to start considering a cut off point can't go through putting my life on hold indefinitely and I have 3 children. I am 40 now 🤷‍♀️ Will wait and see what next week brings xx

@MrsCristiano I'm sorry you feel that but don't rule yourself out too soon. I totally get what you're saying. How old are your kids?

@MamaSJ15 my DD (16) is the youngest and currently waiting for gcse results. My DSs are 20 and 23. Teenage mum but they are my life, and I managed a degree in between for myself xx it is a hard decision especially after 2 miscarriages and a heartbeat with one. I was really ready for another baby but I may just be too old now. Sad but true 🥲 I'll keep you all updated with pregnancy tests this week xx 😘

@MrsCristiano I truly don't think you're too old, so you shouldn't make the decision based on that alone. Naturally though I completely understand the not wanting to put your life on hold!! It's a tough one, I really feel for you xx

@MrsCristiano I agree with @alwaysseeingstars I wouldn't say you are too old, but totally understand where you're coming from.

Not much to report from my end, currently 6dpo. Trying to just keep my mind occupied so I'm not looking for symptoms that probably don't exist!

9dpo and bfn cheapie. Trying to take a lead out of your book @MrsCristiano and not continually stare at them in different lights because I always manage to make an imaginary line appear when I do that and then waste loads of expensive tests just to confirm I'm an idiot

@Tropicana1 😂😂 I know I just binned it straight away! The time you lose staring at it too. If it's there it v obvious. I haven't tested today. I will use an expensive one tomorrow.

@MrsCristiano ah the time wasted! Last month I wasted an entire afternoon on it 🤦🏼‍♀️
Obviously, stupidly, can't stick to any sensible plan and so decided I needed to look at my test again and have noticed an evaporation line on the bottom test in the picture 😭🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I know it's an evap because it's so thin and I've had them before like this which led to nothing but I'm still an idiot staring at it anyway, now talking myself out of wasting an frer (talk me out of this idiotic behaviour please!)

@Tropicana1 that test is negative!!! Through it out! But an FRER might not be. I will mention that I had a negative FRER at 9dpo and a positive at 10🤷‍♀️ I would maybe do a 4 hr hold and do the FRER today

@Tropicana1 I get better lines in the afternoon which is why I'm recommending this..you will be 9.5 dpo obviously if yours is positive I'll be hoofing it upstairs to do mine 😂

@alwaysseeingstars how are you doing today? I'm in the middle of a 4 hour hold to do a cheapie. I was woken up by a weird stabbing pain in my right side this morning 🤷‍♀️

Haha 🤣 I've managed to withhold the frer but I have done another cheapie obviously 🤣 and I don't know I feel like I can maybe actually see a shadow? But I am willing to admit I have yet again totally lost the plot here.
Maybe I'll use one of my early tests just to pull back from the edge of madness 😬 honestly one day back from holiday and all sanity is out the window

Ok now I've posted that I feel like I've definitely entered the dark place because I can barely even see what im talking about WHY DO I DO THIS EVERY MONTH.

@Tropicana1 would it help if I showed you a faint line from 4 weeks after my miscarriage? Similar test?

@Tropicana1 I can see the line btw xx I've drank so much water today after the Prosecco last night my pee looks really dilute so I'm leaving the test until tomorrow 🙄

I've had a lovely day today which I'm very grateful for. Went to a friend's this morning and had lots of cuddles with her 6 week old. DH has gone out for the afternoon / evening so just me and DD this afternoon and we've been keeping busy 😊 watching the end of Tangled then bed time for DD and I get the TV to myself this evening 😂

@MamaSJ15 hey lovely loads better xx the test I posted was after a miscarriage and positive...?! I think my blood hcg was just over 80.

I'm either pregnant or sick, felt awful all day - hot, tired, lightheaded. Might be covid as people I was with yesterday have tested positive

@Tropicana1 sorry if you've already said but how many dpo are you today?

@MrsCristiano mine stayed positive for quite a while after miscarriage, when I had a chemical last year it seemed to go negative a lot quicker.

@MamaSJ15 9dpo today, although i didn't temp this month to see if I was more relaxed without it so could potentially be 8dpo as had a 2 day peak this month on opks
