Hi ladies,

we are away on holidays and my clear blue digital ovulation reader isn’t working. I have just tried dipping the stick in my second morning urine. Would you consider this as positive? Control line is on the right. By my dates you today is ovulation day but this can change for me.

appreciate your responses.

thanks

Sorry, I think you cannot read the sticks without the monitor thingy. It says so in the leaflet "you cannot determine the result from any lines that you see on the test stick". I think actually one is the LH line and one is the estrogen line, it reads totally differently.

I'm pretty sure the left is oestrogen (as it's been dark for me before but my LH strip was negative).

Can you get some cheap LH strips? Amazon prime or the local chemist?

Mine were only ever dark like that if LH had spiked and ovulation was on its way. It was never dark like that when flashing showing that oestrogen was raised so I would take it as positive and BD today, tomorrow and day after if you can. I was obsessive enough with ovulation tests that i would also be trying to find and big supermarket or chemist to get some other ones to confirm too though. If ever i’m doubt, just BD..
