Best OPK?

Hi.
I had a MMC in November and been TTC since Jan
Not used OPKs before as I didn't want to add stress to DTD. But DH is going away with work for a month soon and when he gets back I want to get a bit more organised. I'm 41 so time is not on my side.
What OPKs are the best?

I had no problems with the cheap strips off Amazon. I used various ones depending on price, but used to get packs of 50 or so for a matter of pounds.
I didn't see the point in digital tests with flashing smileys or whatever....it's quite easy to use the strips each morning, change to 2 a day when nearing ovulation and stick them on a bit of card or whatever to observe the progress.

A positive test is when the test line is just as dark or darker than the control line. This shows that LH is surging, and ovulation will theoretically follow within 12-36 hours. That's why it's a good idea to up it to 2 per day near to ovulation.

OPKs don't confirm that you're ovulating though. For that you need to temp.

I bought the clearblue digital kit and found it completely useless to be honest. Agree with @Regenbogen22 to just use cheapie opks and you can use multiple per day without worrying about cost. Just make sure the test line is darker than the control line, and you're good to go!

I have the cb fertility monitor and I like it very much - no guesswork needed. That being said, the price tag is crazy. I got pregnant twice with it though, so it was worth it. But unfortunately they were not sticky beans so still in the TTC game, and after a few month it was too expensive so I switched to easy@home with the premom app. Works perfectly fine!

I use easy at home strip tests along with the premom app
