Testing around 9th/10th June?

TTC our second, DD is 4. This is our second month properly 'trying', but I've been off the pill since January and nothing yet.

I haven't used OPKs but track using an app which is usually quite reliable, ovulation was apparently 27/5. I get quite obsessive with testing, spend so much money on tests then disappoint myself by testing far too early, so just looking for anyone in a similar position to go through the 2WW with

I'm around 2-4 days past ovulation so very similar to you! According to my app I'm 2 dpo but - I think I ovulated early due to my discharge being watery a few days earlier than my app said
I'm thinking of testing around 10th June my period is due on the 12th!
It feels like a very long wait ahead doesn't it 🤦‍♀️!! It's nice to share the experience with others xx

I'm now 2dpo and will be testing shortly after (like the 13/14th!)
We tried the SMEP this month but I just have a feeling that this not the month... maybe that's just my defences so I'm not too disappointed! We got a false positive on a cheap test last month and i was all over the place emotionally so this month I refuse to do the crazy early obsessive testing 😳 (I say that now... give it a week or so 🤣)

AF is due 8th so I am trying to hold off testing until 7th. I bought the early detection tests and even though I reeeeeally want to use one tomorrow but I know it's too early and I won't get an accurate result.

I already feel like Im getting some PMS symptoms so thinking it's not to be this month.

@BabyBx hello!! Happy to have someone to talk to over the next few weeks. I always drive myself crazy. AF is due on the 10th but I can never wait until the day of, always start testing 5/6 days before AF which is not ideal! I'm just so hopeful for another baby, fed up of the disappointment every month but trying not to get my hopes up at the same time I've not had any symptoms or anything yet that I'm aware of...

@Drf omg a false positive!! That would be so hard to come to terms with, Im sorry that happened fingers crossed this is our month. Do you have any other children? x

@ScarlettOHaraHamiltonKennedyButler I always test far too early and disappoint myself! AF is due on the 10th for me, so not too far apart. I spend so much money on the FRER tests every month.

I was convinced last month I had pregnancy symptoms then AF came 2 days early what kind of symptoms have you had? It's so hard to tel between early pregnancy twinges and early AF signs! x

I have been spending an unhealthy amount of time looking through the conception board at pictures of other people's tests. Obsessed isn't even the word.

@chillybandits Heya!! I'm 6dpo today if I go by when I thought I ovulated as to when my app says I ovulated, I've been getting a side pain today in my right side low down and shortness of breath which is weird for me, I think I'm just going crazy though and symptom spotting! 😂
Fingers crossed its our month 🤞🤞! Stay positive. What kind of tests will you be using? It's so hard to try hold off isn't it. I really really can't wait! But the disappointment is hard isn't it 😔

@Drf I've had a false positive before a very faint one and convinced myself I was but I wasn't, it truly is so sad isn't it. Fingers crossed for you this month 🙏

Thanks, I am craving sweet things and have super oily skin which are 100% AF signs for me the week before so I think its def on its way next week.

Trying for baby no.3 and I don't have anything similar to the early signs I had with my other two (bloating/vivid dreams).

Still you never know right? Those early tests are talking to me....

Is it okay for me to join please. Trying to convince baby number 2. Have started having fatigue, dizziness, sore boots, increased urination and forgetfulness as well as aversion to certain food.

Stupidly tested today and was negative and period is due on 6th June. I'm just looking for some support

@chillybandits no other children! This is just cycle 2 ttc #1. Although I had such a bad UTI yesterday and all through the night until about 4am 😩 I've only ever had 2 before but this one was bad. I blame it on the SMEP. I feel like with that amount of stress on my body there's no way anything positive is going to come from this cycle. Absolutely gutted :(

I have woken up feeling so nauseous 🤢 I'm 6DPO so not sure if that's too early for symptoms

@BabyBx I'm 6dpo today! It's so hard not to symptom spot, I obsess over any tiny twinge! I still feel phantom kicks from when I was pregnant with DD and get excited 😂 I think I'll use the FRER first again, spend so much on them every month! But I've heard you can get the cheaper wee strip ones off amazon but haven't ordered them yet. What will you use? xx

@BritishDesiGirl of course, welcome! Those symptoms sound promising, definitely try hold off another couple of days 🤞

I'm 7dpo and feeling nauseous this morning too! @chillybandits last night I felt breathless and the night before too - slight cramping yesterday and twinges in my right side not sure if it means anything though xx

@Drf I have had a few UTIs and I honestly give you my sympathy, they are absolutely horrible and so uncomfortable. Hope you feel better soon!

@chillybandits omg yesterday at 6dpo I was constantly symptom spotting, I noticed around the afternoon time I was having a pain in my right side and a few twinges then what I felt like very mild cramping! I woke up yesterday thinking ' I have no symptoms, defo not pregnant this cycle ' then soon as the symptoms came I was like omg maybe.. what if..😂🙈
We drive ourselves crazy don't we. Omg I remember still having phantom kicks too from after giving birth 3 years ago! 😂
I think I'll try FRER too.. and maybe some of those cheapy strips from amazon! Xx

Thanks guys! I'm definitely over the worst of it now, if I get a BFP it'll all be worth it but if we need to start from scratch again next month I'm gonna be living in UTI fear!

I had absolutely zilch symptoms last month (obviously, because I wasn't pregnant), so I feel like of I get anything ill be climbing the walls waiting for the 14th! Although the month before we even started trying to conceive my boobs were in agony and i had no apetite and was so exhausted...thought i had a miraculous easy pregnancy coming 🤣 so I think my body just does whatever it feels like to trick me!🤪

Hi, 41yo partner had vasectomy reversal, currently 3dpo, had weird pains yesterday so wondering if ovulated late? I’ve attached chart, missed bd on ovulation date 😔 but got some in before..

Heya everyone! It's 05am and I've struggled sleeping all night, it's so weird I usually sleep okay but nope, my body isn't having any of it! I'm gonna be so tired later, I'm up and thinking about breakfast 😂😂 I'm 8dpo today, how is everyone feeling? Xx

@Cally1980 aslong as you got some in before then I'd say you have a good chance, I dtd 4 days before ovulating and then 1-2days after, sending baby dust your way and hope you get a positive xx

I'm 7dpo today and have quite crampy pains in my lower back and my lower stomach/left side feels a bit sore and heavy. I didn't have any symptoms with DD though so no idea why I obsess over symptoms now 😂xx

Omg girls... I don't know if this is anything or not but I just felt really wet.. went to go check (I'm 8dpo) and this was on the tissue.. loads of discharge like a browny pink colour? I've got a pic please can I attach it to show you guys see what you think? Xx if not its OK xx
