As the title says does any one experience lower back pains during or before ovulation? I'm worried I've missed our chance. I took an opk yesterday morning and it was negative and this morning woke up with lower back pain did an opk and it was positive. We didn't get chance to dtd yday as partner was away for the night, last time we dtd was Friday morning, if we dtd today do we still have chance? I feel like I'm ovulating now and it's too late

Hi! Don't worry, you're still in! OPK indicate your ovulation is about to happen, within the next 12 - 36 hours. And after the egg is released, it will stay for another 12 - 24h in the fallopian tube, waiting to be fertilised. So a positive OPK means you're actually 1 - 2 days before ovulation. Get busy tonight ;)
