I lost 2 babies in 2021. First pregnancy loss was at estimated 12/13 weeks missed miscarriage as I was ment to be 17. Was a scar pregnancy.
2nd loss I was 16 weeks and so was baby, no real reason as to why, still under "unexplained"
However, i have found i have postive ana and antiRO-60 antibodies, which my consultant feels may have played a part. I'm negative for everything else lupus, sjogren's, clotting etc.. She's prescribed me hydroxychloroquine once a confirmed pregnancy, but reading online it takes a while to get into your system? As i have no symptoms at all is this why she's prescribing it once I'm pregnant rather than taking it before. Has anyone taken hydroxychloroquine?
I am going to call to question it Monday but, wondered what others had done/experiences had been.
