New to this, tried my first one this morning and it said that you have to wee in a jar and dip the test in. Can you not just wee on the stick? What do you girls normally do?

Better to wee in a little pot, lid of an old hairspray, old yogurt pot etc and then dip the stick in.

Reason being is that many opk strips need to be held in urine for about 15 seconds!

Yes, I always found it easier to dip into a pot. Also it's best to test after holding your wee for around 4 hours if you can. Dont use 1st wee in the morning.

Thanks. The packet says not to drink for 2 hours too. Lots of little things!
